Prerequisites:
Required hours must be completed.
Teaching for 9 – 12 months from the date the course ended.

One week prior to the exam start date all registered students will receive an email with the following information:

Preliminary essay questions.  You will have as much time as you want to complete those but they must be submitted before by the end of your exam period.  

Access to the online timed exam.  You will be able to log into the test from any computer during the exam period.  While you can sit for the exam at anytime that week, you will only have one chance and two hours to complete the test.

You will want to focus on the following areas for study:

• Review Initiation/Evolution 101 and Concentration 101 materials.
• Which fundamentals are primary to which exercise.
• How to modify all exercises. How to differentiate all body types.
• How to take deconstruct an advanced apparatus exercise.
